We are not responsible for all the information gotten from other sources or other third party references about our prices and services. We have only one official website www.bobycaresolutiondayspa.com . We have a partnership agreement with “TapMango Loyalty Program” only.
Appointments
We welcome walk-in appointments, however, to ensure that your service is scheduled at the best time for you, we recommend that you reserve your appointments in advance. You can schedule your first appointment online.

Cancellation & No-show up:
You can make an appointment through a call or a text message for regular clients with no prepayment. In case of no show or no cancellation of an appointment at least 3 hours before, we have the right to refuse you to use this option in the future. For more details read "Cancellation & Refunds" on the page "Terms and Conditions"
Making an appointment online the prepayment is required and not refundable in case of no show, preliminary cancellation or no reschedule.

Late Arrivals
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and is a courtesy to our Massage Therapists, Estheticians and our other clients. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, we have rights to take another client as a walk-in or make another appointment for our Massage Therapist or Esthetician and cancel yours. We apologize that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.

Inappropriate Behavior & Professional Boundaries
Massage & Waxing SPA is a professional establishment and follows the guidelines of California Massage Law and State Board of Cosmetology rules. If a Massage Therapist or Esthetician ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately and direct you to the front desk. In this case the payment made before the procedure is not refundable regardless of the time spent in the treatment room.
We have the right to refuse any services to individuals who disrespect our workers through text messages, phone calls , etc. and block their numbers from allowing them to get any future services.
Massage
Our trained Massage Therapists and Estheticians are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. All guests must be no less than 18 years to get a massage alone. Guests 16 and 17 years old may receive a massage with a parent or guardian present in a shared room and same-gendered Massage Therapist only.
To enjoy the maximum benefit of your massage our Massage Therapists will keep conversation to a minimum. You are welcome to breathe deeply and fully relax during your treatment. Always feel free to speak up if there is anything your therapist can do to make you more comfortable.

Waxing and Facial
These services may be performed on clients from 15-17 years of age with a signed parent consent form. We do not offer the Brazilian to clients under the age of 15, however all other waxing services are available with a signed parent consent form and accompanied by a parent for the service.The best treatments come from honest communication. Mention for us about pregnancy or any medical conditions such as high blood pressure, a heart problem, chronic headaches, varicose veins, or recent surgery.
Gift Certificate Policy
You have an option to order Gift Certificates online or in person.All gift card sales are final and non-refundable or transferable. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash and must be mentioned when making your appointment.

All prices, services and hours of operation at Massage & Waxing Spa are subject to change without notification. Please call or check online on our website to confirm current rates, services and hours of operation.

Forms of Payment
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay, Zelle and Discover. Services must be pre-paid via our online booking software . Personal checks are not accepted. Payment before any treatment is required.

Gratuities
You may opt to leave gratuities for the fabulous massage, body treatment or waxing you have just received. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the retail price, but of course, the amount given is totally up to you. Gratuities are always appreciated.
Lost or Stolen Items
Massage & Waxing Spa cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. If possible, please leave your jewelry and valuables at home as you will not need it for your visit at the Spa. However, if you have such items, be mindful of not leaving them behind in treatment rooms or robe pockets.

Photography, Cell Phones and other Electronics
We respect our clients' privacy and do not permit our clients to take photos or videos within the spa area and in rooms during the service.When you arrive, please turn all cell phones off. This ensures that we provide the best service for you as well as other clients.

TapMango Loyalty Rewards Program
You can take participation in TapMango Loyalty Rewards Program which we use in our Spa. This participation in a program is completely voluntary and optional. We collect information about your name, cell phone number, month and date of birth, email and points what you get. You can refuse to get notification from this program any time but your points will be still collected for a future discount.

Sanitation
For your health, all of our implements are disinfected and/or sanitized to the extreme utilizing Hospital Grade disinfectant killing more germs and viruses including: Covid-19, HIV, HBV, HCV and HAV. We utilize a UV sterilizer when needed. Our sheets, towels, robes and slippers are washed after every client. Our spa is also cleaned with clorox bleach where applicable.
